Express Birth Class Condensed two-hour childbirth preparation for those couples needing a refresher or those with little time before due date. Private or for a group of expecting couples. Taught as needed. Contact me if the dates above don’t work for you.
Double the fun Twin birth four week class Come learn from a mother of twins. Schedule before your sixth month. Will teach as needed in my home or yours. Double the fun in class!!
Postpartum Doula service
Doula postpartum support for home, hospital or birth center births in the Southeast Idaho/Jackson Wyoming area. Services $30 per hour 8 am-6 pm or $35 per hour 6 pm-8 am. Schedule support after the baby arrives in the comfort of your own home. Includes breastfeeding assistance, infant care, light housekeeping, educational and emotional support, help with meals and errands. Additional travel fees may apply.

Postpartum Wake up call: 4 hours services during daytime 8 am-12 pm $120.

Deluxe Beginnings 8 hours postpartum care and childbirth class $320
Payment options: Clients are creative in paying for doula services. Consider baby shower cash cards, submitting receipt of payment to your insurance, and planning to use FLEX monies. Ask about military service discount, and sliding scale for Medicaid clients. Contact me to discuss your needs.
Nutrition consults $50 per hour private consult
